• $15 million jury verdict, conspiracy between Iceland's national airline and Icelandic mother to remove her two American daughters from their fathers in violation of family court orders (U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York)

• Settlement under the Warsaw Convention for trip and fall in aircraft during international flight.

• Representing U.S. women's sportswear wholesaler, proved fraud counterclaim against overseas garment manufacturer at trial. Client awarded damages under the Uniform Commercial Code (U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York)

• Successfully mediated to settlement 23 lawsuits for judges in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York involving personal injury, intentional torts, employment discrimination (sex, age, race, hostile work place), copyright infringement, breach of commercial contracts, and failure to provide insurance coverage.
